Welcome

Through teaching of tough love martial arts, this program develops the 'Yes I Can' Attitude in children.  Through a series of physical and mental challenges each class, these kids learn respect for themselves and others, they learn to set goals and overcome challenges, all the while developing good defensive skills and having fun! 

This is a pivotal age for confidence building, developing leadership skills and navigating social skills. In cultivating an attitude of "yes, I can" we can help kids learn self defense in non-physical ways too, such as resistance to peer-pressure and responding to bullying behaviors.
